Why does the app need Calendar and Reminders access?

To put the return-window event on your calendar and to remind you a few days before it closes. Both are written locally — nothing is uploaded.

What if my receipt is in another language?

Vision OCR supports automatic language detection. On-device AI then extracts merchant, total, currency and date. The app currently ships UI in English, Turkish, German, French, Japanese, Korean and Simplified Chinese.

I scanned a receipt but the merchant is wrong.

You can edit any field before tapping Save. After saving, open the receipt in the Receipts tab and tap Edit.

The return date looks off.

Return windows are estimated from common merchant policies. Always confirm with the merchant. You can change the date in the receipt’s detail view; the calendar event and reminder update automatically.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period continues to its end.

I’m not seeing my Pro features after subscribing.

Open the Settings tab and tap Restore. This re-reads your Apple Account purchases.

Does the app need internet?

Only the first time it talks to the App Store / RevenueCat to verify your subscription. After that, the entire scanning and saving flow works fully offline.

How do I delete all my data?

Delete the app from your home screen. Everything is stored on-device, so removing the app removes all data.
